Extra Details: I can't tell witch item is wrong. The title or the running time.
"Dr. Mabuse, der Spieler" has two parts. Part One: "Der große Spieler - Ein Bild der Zeit" has a running time of 155 min. and Part Two "Inferno, ein Spiel von Menschen unserer Zeit" a running time of 115 min. Together it is a running time of 270 min.
So wie could change here the running time or the title, so we can create a new entry for the second part.

It's for the whole film. Do you have a source other than Wikipedia for the original 195 min runtime?

It is difficult to measure a runtime for silent movies. Normally you measure it in meter because in former time ssilent movies were played with different speeds.

It may be one story like Avengers: Infinity War Infinity War and Endgame, but it's also two separate movie releases just like Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Or Pirates of the Caribbean 2 & 3 or Matrix 2 & 3.

Please see the guidelines for theatrical films split in multiple parts. There's a big difference between one film split in two parts that are release at/around the same time, and the regular movie sequels you listed.

I get your point and understand the rules, but I don't see why Nymph()maniac is considered as an exception and Dr. Mabuse, a 100 year old classic is not.

That's exactly why. The decision was made in 2014 when the movie was released in theater.
