I rewatched the scene where Roman took a sandwich out of Agent Marham's paper bag, and I noticed that it looked like there was more than one sandwich in it. I understand he was angry at Roman for taking a sandwich out of his bag and eating it, but if there's more than one sandwich in the bag he's not gonna starve.
