Hi guys, i got a question about Hitchcocks movie "Frenzy".
The scene, after Barbara Leigh-Hunt's character was killed in her office, Barry Foster leaves the building and Joe Finch enters the building afterwards but finds the office locked.
Can anyone explain me, how Barry Foster was able to lock the door? I didn't notice him taking a key, so i am wondering, how he was able to lock it.
Thanks in advance. :)

Hi!
I don't specifically remember a key but I do recall Foster rifling through Leigh-Hunt's purse after the murder. I assume he must have taken her key and locked the door behind him. If anyone else remembers more specifically, please do chime in!

Thanks for your reply!
Yeah, he picks into her pocket twice, but to me it seemed like he just pulled out some british pounds twice, couldn't see a key there.
Also thought it might be a door, that cannot be opened from the outside without a key, but Joe Finch enters the office in an earlier scene without a problem.
So i was just asking myself how this is possible, as this is a very important scene in the movie.
