Yes, but I suppose I worded the situation poorly. I should have said something like, it was an alternate title name and the original name was without remorse. I just don’t feel an alternate US release name should be it’s official name here on TheMovieDb. That’s all I’m saying. But do what you think is appropriate.

because that’s how it was presented in commercials, and that his book was named simply “without remorse”. The dude just puts his name on everything for marketing. The “OP Center” and “The Division” we’re named identically, but no one bothered on TheMovieDb to put Tom Clancy in front of those titles. But if I’m wrong, I am wrong. Personally the movie sucked so bad I”m easily swayed by whatever the ruling. I’ve change the name in my personal database, but thought it somehow important enough to ask you to look into it. Amazon was the company that handled the official US release and on Prime its listed as Tom Clancy's Without Remorse.
