Extra Details: Just a note in regards to the original title:

In my digital copy of the movie, the title includes a full point after the word run. Look at these screenshots:

Pictures 1&2 -> At the beginning of the movie, the title appears as "run." for a few seconds when all the other words fade from screen.

Picture 3 -> At the end of the movie, the title appears as "Run." between main cast credits and crew credits introduced with a screen effect and underlined with a sound effect. The same title card "Run." appears again at the very end at 1:29:23 min.

The official webpage of the US distributor, hulu, uses "Run." for the written texts, but then changes it for posters and the trailers to "RUN" (as far as I checked):

The official webpage of the international distributor, Lionsgate, only uses "RUN" (as far as I checked):

I can't find an official webpage for the production company, Search Party; it's a small company that filmmakers Natalie Qasabian and Sev Ohanian founded in 2019:

My digital copy is not from Hulu and includes another card for distribution company Ascot Elite Entertainment. That's a company operating in Germany and Switzerland -> which means my copy is not the original release.

Long story short -> the correct original title for TMDb might be "Run." with a full stop, but I can't say for sure.
