Sweet moses he was hilarious. With his cheeseball mannerisms and shirt unbuttoned down to his junk you'd hardly recognize him as the cool guy in the Saw movies. But what a versatile actor, playing a douchebag that you end up feeling sorry for and cheering when he rips off his sweatshirt to reveal that awful white satin shirt.
Great movie with some surprisingly famous talent (John Goodman, Marisa Tomei, Danny DeVito, Ernie frickin Hudson), but I gotta say Wahlberg's is the performance I'll remember the most.

I agree, he did. I watched this just because of Robert Carlyle, who stole my heart in The Full Monty. I had no idea what a stellar cast was in store. The movie was enchanting ... and a little bit heartbreaking ... and I might just rewind it and watch it all over again.
