I was on the fence about this remake (as I do with ANY classic horror remake) as I can probably count on one hand how many are actually good...and although this one is not "better" then the original by any means, it modernizes it to today's audiences & even makes Chucky a little more of a sympathetic "being" vs the cold blooded killer he was in the original (think Spielburg & Kubrick's A.I.). League's better then another recent remake that comes to mind...Pet Semetery!
