Some look at this film as a horror movie. I think I agree. The ending is truly shocking and unlike anything Varda made before or afterwards. 8/10

Yes, I did read that. I found this pretty great film essay on Wiki that is a good read and gives more insight from a feminist perspective. Now that I've read it I feel like I should rewatch the film to catch the things I clearly missed. For what it's worth, I thought the husband killed his wife. I am not sure now, lol.

Thanks, those were good reads. Such an important work in Varda's catalog of great films. It deserves more attention, especially now in 2022.
