Discuss Capernaum

Exceptional performance by this youngster. Happy to see from this story that he and his family are now resettled in Norway - but one does wonder how many children in Beirut and other cities around the world will never be given any such opportunity as Zain was lucky enough to receive.

Yeah, the director did wonders with the kid. I didn't know he was a refugee in real life and it adds a certain poignancy to the film. Although the Syrian refugee girl in the film was arguably the happiest person.
