Non preoccuparti, il pubblico decide. Il responso del pubblico e dei fan è stato molto buono, e è già un successo. Il film ha recuperato i costi di produzione (20 milioni di dollari), e al momento (il 7 novembre 2023) il ha incassato più di dieci volte i costi nelle sale (217 milioni di dollari a livello globale). Visto il grande successo al botteghino del film, già si parla di un sequel.

Purtroppo mi sento un po' incompresa, visto che le critiche arrivano più che altro dalla mia generazione, che non conoscendo bene la serie videoludica si è scatenata con critiche eccessive. Ma tra qualche mese sono sicura che se ne saranno già dimenticati e passeranno a stroncare altro, del resto come fanno sempre.

Speriamo in bene, perchè immagino che questo film non possa piacere a tutti. Ne sono conscia, molta gente che ha poca dimestichezza con i videogiochi e la storia, non avrà la pazienza di capire e lascerà commenti negativi.😞 Noi abbiamo fatto di tutto per sostenerlo, ma ora arrivano loro. Per non parlare di tutta quella categoria "snob" e intellettuale della peggior specie, che ci gode particolarmente ad affossare quello che piace alla tanto odiata "massa". Inoltre ho sempre la sensazione che i prodotti molto popolari siano partocolarmente presi di mira, mentre quello che passa "in sordina" , in un certo modo la passi sempre liscia. Mi dispiace solo per gli attori e tutti coloro che hanno contribuito a rendere "reale" questo film, in questo momento sembrano felicissimi e hanno tutto il nostro sostegno.
