True, for example Falstaff. But there is no "William" character in Henry V.

I haven't seen this version, so I have no idea if they have strictly adhered to Shakespeares' play or have added bits & pieces of what really happened?
There is a 'Michael Williams' in Henry V, he is a soldier. Here is a wiki page about him. But as I haven't seen this movie I cannot say if they are the same as the character Sean Harris plays?

I believe he is supposed to be Chief Justice Sir William Gascoigne. See link below.
