Someone else might remember if confirmed it was the on-screen opening title. But you can see it was used by Warner Bros https://www.warnerbros.com/movies/birds-prey. Plus, grammar is on our side.

Grammar? "And" inside a bracket plus "Fantabulous"?
More likely it was originally called Birds of Prey and NEW title includes the and/"tagline"...
But if we're ok with it...
