I'd never heard of this and wondered if it flopped..... one of the biggest flops of all time. That makes it so bad I almost want to see this.

According to wikipedia.org, "The film was both a critical and commercial failure, grossing $78 million on a $130 million budget.".
It is so low on the TomatoMeter score, at Rotten Tomatoes (Tomatoes if you are from the Bronx), that it scored a 13% rating from the critics, however from users it scored a 38%[1].
If your threshold of likeability is 50%, then it fails this as well.
Unfortunately, in parts of Canada, the TV Viewing experience is so poor, that one of the network stations broadcast this movie as a Tuesday filler from 8 to 10pm. (They advertise copper bottomed pots at 10 PM).
