Was she hanged in the forest? By whom? Why did she give Malkin a kiss on the cheek at the end of the film? Wasn't Malkin responsible for the death of her husband?

She was Malkin's sister, who was killed by the Nazis. The kiss at the end is just part of Malkin's imagination. I think it symbolizes the end of Malkin's struggle with his sisters death after receiving some kind of justice due to the conviction of Adolf Eichmann.
