Anybody, Can you give to me something info about this film?

Film name: I don't know Film Genre, Tools and Scenes: Serial killer (blond guy), Kidnup, The basement, Cage..., etc etc.

That blond Serial killer's insane acts: He both eyelids of a guy who kidnapped cuts off with a knife to keep a guy's both eyes no closing.

And, Serial killer shows it to his first kidnup girl.

That kidnupped man do with both eyelids cutted off by Serial killer and his keep open eyes gory crawls, grabs the iron bar of the girl's confinement cage with his finger, and cries, "Kill me, please."

From behind the man who grabbed the iron bars of the confinement cage with agony in much pain, Serial killer kills a no-eyelids guy with an axe or an electric drill (I forgot tho) or something.

After all, like, guy without both eyelids is killed by Serial killer in that sceans.

Until the last scene, there're many other horror scenes, but I personally thought it was the most awesomely is this! --

-- In fact, when guy who had no both eyelids grabbed the iron bars of the confinement cage, the girl in the confinement cage bites off only one of his fingers with her teeth and hide them in her mouth.

And, the girl in the confinement cage escapes to out using one of guy's fingers who without both eyelids.

The girl in the confinement cage scrapes off the meat of that guy's finger while hiding it between the iron bars of the cage. She changed guy's finger to bone only and used it as her only weapon.

The final scene! Serial killer opens the door of her confinement cage and jumps in to kill her. After a bit time in grabbing, kicking around and fighting each other, she uses her hidden weapon (guy's finger processed to bone) to penetrate the Serial killer's throat sideways with full force.

She all her might, completely penetrating the weapon into Serial killer's throat, and slides it, pierced the weapon (dead guy's finger bone) over and over again with her screaming.

So finally, girl escapes from the confinement cage by her own.

The depiction of that scene is,... She opens the door some part of Serial killer's house (The basement's?). And a dazzling sunlight covers her whole body. I remember it was such a last scene. She was bloodied and muddy all over her face, hair and body.

Anybody, Can you give to me something info about this film? Help me if you can, please.
