Are Stand-Ups Movies? Shouldn't they be TV-Shows?

I wonder why the Stand-Up specials are in the Movie section when they belong rather in the TV-Shows section because they are shows of sort.

Do they have one? But still, i know of concerts that are shown in the theatres and are still not considered movies.
