Pretty good, despite being familiar

We've seen most of the themes before, the plot is familiar, but the context is more contemporary and compelling without being lectured about... the acting is better and the whole thing is done well, even the over the top bits...
Not a bad action movie at all... Also, it doesn't suffer from the staleness and the banality of most big budget action movies...
Worth checking out for action fans... Yes, there is blood.

I agree with you, it's pretty good -despite being familiar. I liked it and watched it for Ethan Hawk.

I agree as well. I’ve been looking forward to watching this for quite awhile, but, was under no illusion that it could be rubbish and it was anything but.
