too traditional predictive narration and you can't really empathize with the main character as much as in Blindspotting where you really feel the stress of the main character, here the girl it's just detached observer until very end

What's a teen girl to do, caught between two worlds, trying to function in both without falling off the see-saw? But, "Blindspotting" is more intense, as he sees his neighborhood going Yuppie, where he might have to ditch old friends to fit in or end up doing hard time. Too bad the kids have "Don't Shoot!" in their vocabulary.
