What is meaning of the title? Is it regarding not calling police to accident so he has no proof it happened or regarding sale of chicken with no official proof against chicken seller?

How could they accept results of the final autopsy, if he has clearly conflict of interests? I mean under normal logic most of the people would try to clean themselves and cofirm cause of death was botulism or if it was really accident it would be acceptable, but in doctor's case it seem to be more about guilt than actual interest, which is why his wife asks him in final ride what was the actual result.

And how come first they say even with botulism poisoning the boy would die anyway within 10 days, no matter the car accident and then doctor tells wife it's not sure, so he could possibly live, if not treated?

Any idea what doctor said to investigator/detective at crime scene when leaving? It seem like quite short dialogue without many emotions for revelation that maybe he caused death with accident to lower the sentence from murder to manslaughter and they went with accidental fall into shaft and not intentional push to murder shady seller.

I found it quite distracting from doctor, since he is portraied as decent honest man that even after hitting someone with car and possiby causing death of child that even after all that happened in the end he is driving without seatbelt and always holding phone in hand steerling wheel only with one hand as if he didn't learn his lesson.
