Incredible film

So powerful... It's a modern greek tragedy... This was the first of Denis Villeneuve's films that I watched...
Really impressed by how he dealt with a sensitive and complex subject...

I agree, very strong movie.
It's one of the reasons why I was so disappointed by Arrival... With all the positive reviews that it got, I had high expectations of it based on how good Incendies is. Unfortunately, I found it really weak compared to both Incendies and Prisoners .

@Filmisch I can see that... Somehow Arrival, the much bigger in concept (and probably budget) movie feels like the smaller one of those that you mention...
I did enjoy Arrival, but not as much as I did Incendies or Prisoners... Then again, I'm not sure "enjoy" is the right word 😂

Yep. One of the very few movies I rate a 10/10.
