Extra Details: The country of origin is listed as United States, even though it is in fact a "co-production between the United States, the United Kingdom and Poland", according to Wikipedia. Furthermore, it was chosen as the British entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 96th Academy Awards, so it seems to be mainly, or at least firstly, a British production

Hi!
You seem to be confusing two country fields. It is indeed a US/UK/Poland co-production, which is why all three are added as Production Countries.
The Country of Origin field just answer the question: Which producing country released the movie first? That's the United States. The first (limited) theatrical release was on December 15, 2023. The Country of Origin field originated in the TV section where it's much more useful.
