夜幕降临，一年一度的舞蹈狂欢节正在镜球岛举行，人们欢欣鼓舞，把酒言欢。就在这时，大煞风景的海军搜查队四处搜捕通缉犯，并在酒馆遇见正劲歌热舞、乐在其中的的催眠师赞高。赞高夺路而逃，海军紧追不舍。与此同时，四处闲逛的草帽海贼团也暴露行踪，被海军追得不亦乐乎。赞高走投无路之际，登上狂欢节的最高舞台，通过麦克风向岛民实施催眠。一时间，人们停下手中的活计，随着优美旋律舞蹈起来，恩怨在那一刻消失，人们手舞足蹈，永不停歇，直到镜球岛也随之灭亡…… 　　本片根据日本漫画家尾田荣一郎的同名原著改编，是2001年随剧场版上映的SP。

附錄於本作的特別短篇動畫。故事描述魯夫一行人來到港口採買，巧遇當地舉辦舞蹈嘉年華，不料海軍發現催眠師傑克斯（聲優：高木涉（日本）；宋克軍（臺灣）），在一陣追捕中，魯夫等人竟然也遭到波及…

In deze korte film landt de Straw Hat Gang op een soort feesteiland en wanneer de marine erachter komt, worden ze achtervolgd en vallen ze op een enorme discobal terwijl Jacko, die ook op het eiland is, alle eilandbewoners hypnotiseert. En als de muziek aanslaat, begint het danscarnaval!

The Straw Hat Pirates visit Mirrorball Island. Where a big dance carnival is being held. Jango the Hypnotist was there too, to show off his dance moves. Only when he was found by a group of Marines who were about to arrest him. But ended up chasing him throughout the island. Our heroes got involved when one of the Marines recognized Luffy from the wanted poster. And they end up getting chased as well. Soon Jango steals the spotlight of the dance carnival and uses his hypnosis on everyone on the island. And soon everyone including Jango, The StrawHat Pirates, and the marines are all dancing like there's no tomorrow.

Les Pirates au chapeau de paille se rendent sur l'île de Mirrorball. Un grand carnaval de danse y est organisé. Jango l'Hypnotiseur était là aussi, pour montrer ses pas de danse. Seulement, il a été repéré par un groupe de Marines qui le poursuivent dans toute l'île. Nos héros se sont retrouvés impliqués lorsque l'un des marines a reconnu Luffy sur l'avis de recherche. Et ils finissent par être poursuivis à leur tour. Bientôt, Jango vole la vedette au carnaval de danse et utilise son hypnose sur tous les habitants de l'île. Et bientôt, tout le monde, y compris Jango, les Pirates de Paille et les Marines, se met à danser comme s'il n'y avait pas de lendemain.

In diesem Kurzfilm landet die Strohhutbande auf einer Art Partyinsel und als die Marine das mitbekommt, werden sie verfolgt und fallen auf eine riesige Diskokugel, während Jacko, der sich auch auf der Insel befindet, alle Inselbewohner hypnotisiert. Und als die Musik erklingt, beginnt der Tanzkarneval!

Jango dopo essere stato trovato da un gruppo di Marines su un'isola-discoteca, scappa e, salito sulla sua postazione di controllo in una torre, ipnotizza tutti facendoli ballare.

「ONE PIECE」の敵役・ジャンゴをフィーチャーした短篇アニメーション。監督は「金田一少年の事件簿2　殺戮のディープブルー」の西尾大介。脚本は「仮面学園」の橋本裕志。デジタル撮影監督に「デジモンアドベンチャー ぼくらのウォーゲーム！」の高橋基があたっている。声の出演に「ONE PIECE」の田中真弓と「名探偵コナン　瞳の中の暗殺者」の高木渉ら。『2001年春　東映アニメフェア』の1本として公開された。

Los Piratas del Sombrero de Paja visitan la Isla Mirrorball. Donde se celebra un gran carnaval de baile. Jango el Hipnotista estaba allí también, para mostrar sus movimientos de baile. Solo cuando fue encontrado por un grupo de marines que estaban a punto de arrestarlo. Pero terminó persiguiéndolo por toda la isla. Nuestros héroes se involucraron cuando uno de los marines reconoció a Luffy del póster buscado. Y terminan siendo perseguidos también. Pronto Jango roba el centro de atención del carnaval de baile y usa su hipnosis para todos en la isla. Y pronto todos, incluidos Jango, los piratas de StrawHat y los marines, bailan como si no hubiera un mañana.
