Yeah I believe she just turned 18 when they made this film. However, the film industry is weird in way in that they've released movies with nude scenes with young actresses in the past and those films are still available today. For instance Brooke Shields was 12-years old when "Pretty Baby" was released, 14-15 when "Blue Lagoon" and "Endless Love" were released. The latter two, she claims body doubles were used however. Another such controversial film was "Walk About" with Jenny Agutter who was 17 at the time the movie was made.

I think the reason those films are still available was because they were produced before the 1982 ruling of the Supreme Court which stated that films depicting nudity of people under 18 does not have to be considered obscene to be considered child pornography. As for how "Walk About" was produced, at the time the movie was made the age limit was 16 in England, however that movie caused the limit to be raised to 18. The reason for its still availability in the United States was for the previous reason in that it was made before 1982.

She I thought she looked more 18 than 13. If you know what I mean.

Weird, but I guess understandable because the only objectionable scene in the movie was an extended full-frontal scene of Jenny Agutter swimming nude along with her getting out of the water and getting dressed. Yeah, I've seen "Walkabout" as I was a fan of Agutter because of "Logan's Run".

This is a foreign film. I recall reading an article about this actress being uncomfortable with the nude scene because she was 17ish.

She was 18 when the movie released (had only been 18 for 3 months) - so unless they shot, edited, and released the movie that fast, she was at least 17 during filming.
