Discuss Glass

Don't get me wrong, the whole movie and especially the ending was pretty stupid, but that hospital and their gimmicks to keep the "supermen" in their room was just too much for me. They had this masterplan of keeping The Beast in his room by flashing lights at him if he came too close to the door. The beast, being a genius of sorts, of course just runs towards the lights time after time and wonders in his head "Why the f**k isn't this working? Now, maybe it's just me, but what exactly prevented him from just closing his eyes and walking to the door and out of that place. Bam, thank you and goodbye. Hell, if he has some issues with his eyes, just pull your shirt over your head and walk to the door. Also there is Mr. Glass who just magically gets out of his room whenever he feels like it. What is the purpose of putting two hundred (or whatever amount) cameras in your state of the art super hospital if nobody is actually watching them? Why did Glass have to slash that poor security guards jugular and steal his passkey if he could get out whenever he felt like it? Lastly we have old man Bruce who is kept in his room because there are water hoses and nozzles, which will fill the room with water if he tries to leave. Thing is though, wasn't the metal door the strongest part in that room, if they fill it with water wouldn't he just float to the top and what prevents him from punching his way through the wall or ceiling like he did to that water tank? Hell, why not just walk over to those nozzles at night and twist and bend them so they don't actually do anything. God knows nothing prevented him since nobody was watching those cameras they had in their rooms.

Also, while I'm here, I have to say that the kid/guy who played Bruce Willis' son, that is one weird looking kid. I would also like to say that when Dr. Sarah Paulson (whatever her name was) is boasting to his fellow secret society members that this is the humane way to go about it; I'm not sure lobotomizing one guy, drowning one guy in a pool and shooting the last guy in the gut (of all places) for a guaranteed long lasting and agonizing death is the quite the way to go about it.

Well yeah, spend millions of dollars doing tests on these guys and all the elaborate paraphernalia to keep them controlled. That's sounds like an investment- an investigation. It sounds like you want them alive. So the killings in the end made no sense. If the shamrock society wanted them dead, they didn't need to wait till they escaped to do it.

I also fail to see what is world changing about a video about 2 guys variously bending what could be aluminium tubing, and rocking cars about. The third dude is just a guy in a wheelchair with a bad wig and Prince's leftover clothing. Let's go to a railway station to watch people have their reality rocked!

Maybe not.

And no one 'erases' video in 2019. One deletes it. Makes me wonder where the brilliant doctor, scientist, and global domination cabal member has been the last 20 years. Well, no, it really makes me wonder where M. Night Shyamalan has been. He might be wondering why no one replies to his faxes.
