Según la REAL ACADEMIA ESPAÑOLA https://www.rae.es/espanol-al-dia/normas-de-escritura-de-los-prefijos-exmarido-ex-primer-ministro
es incorrecto escribir "ex-novia". Lo correcto es escribir "exnovia".
El dilema es si seguir la normativa ("exnovia") o seguir el póster ("ex-novia"). ¿Hay que repetir el error del póster?
Personalmente prefiero el título tal como apareció cuando se estrenó la película, aunque formalmente sea incorrecto, pero tanto esta elección como la contraria me dejan un mal sabor de boca, así que lo dejo a vuestro criterio.

Yes. Accuracy to the first and official release is always preferred. In this case, the translated title used in the first Spain release (if they distributor didn't use the original english title, of course.)

I get the feeling. You can add the title with 'exnovia' as an alternative title if you wish.
