This Movie entry should have been deleted, and the TV Special entry retained. Please fix.

When that original report was processed, it was determined that the specials season should be removed and that the film page stay.

Why? Sources such as IMDB and Nickelodeon themselves, as reported by the likes of Viacom, recognise it as a TV special, not a standalone film.
I have just read the updated Content Bible and seen that it stipulates that "one-off TV specials" should be placed in Movies, not TV, but why is that? IMO this is a silly policy to have, because it separates specials from the content they're actually related to, and makes it a non-starter to use TMDB for gathering metadata for local media collections/libraries in order to properly organise them. What does this policy mean for shows like Doctor Who, which regularly have one-off specials, and even mid-season specials that do not have a regular episode number? Should all of these specials also be reclassed as movies?
