The main problem of the movie is the same as all wrestling movies, it portrays it as being fixed but still tries to make it seem real.
I'd be more interested in seeing something like Paige's reaction towards being told that she was going to become Diva's champion and that they were putting their faith and trust in her rather than her just going out and winning the title. That and The Rock seemed to play an incredibly heavy role that made it seem like he was pulling the strings, especially when him and Hutch bump wrists as if they knew she was gonna get it all along.

Agree. I've seen boxing movies with the angle of a fighter taking a fall for gambling purposes. It's an aspect of wrestling movies that seems ripe for examination (in this case from the angle of being a beneficiary of the decision). In the end it just seemed a bit of a glossy advert for a fraudulent 'sport' (or scripted bit of theatre, if that's less offensive).

That didn't bother me at all. However it was nice to see what the real person looked like after the movie as I figured would happen.

I wonder if the Bluray release will include some of Paige's numerous eXXXtras? From what I've seen she makes a better porn actress than wrestler.
