Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly, Jake Gyllenhaal has joined the cast.
“The Sister Brothers” is based on Patrick DeWitt’s novel of the same name. Set in Oregon in 1851, the story centers on two brothers who are hired to kill a prospector who has stolen from their boss. “The Sisters Brothers” will be the follow-up to “Dheepan,” Audiard’s Palme d’Or winning drama which premiered at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
