I love that scene. A true actor in her craft.
Philip: You disgust me.
Mildred: Me?! I disgust YOU?! You! You! You're too fine! You won't have none of me but you'll sit here all night looking at your naked female...
Philip: Mildred!
Mildred: You cad! You dirty swine! I never cared for you, not once! I was always making a fool of ya! Ya bored me stiff! I hated ya! It made me SICK when I had to let you kiss me! I only did because ya begged! Ya hounded me and drove me crazy! And after you kissed me, I always used to wipe my mouth! WIPE MY MOUTH!

Love her.
But you have part of the dialogue wrong, it should be "You CAD! You Dirty Swine!"

Definitely a bravura performance. Bette's Cockney accent is the only thing about her performance in this film that doesn't succeed.

Yeah, I noticed that too but for once it did not bother me. Usually a poor accent drives me nuts but not so much here.
