This game was an even bigger disappointment than Cube 2.

As on 2, character are mostly copied from original movie. The fat guy actor was so much trying to imitate Lost's Hurley that it annoyed me.

But what's worst on this movie is how it tried to not make references to Cube 2 and not say the company name, while its premise was to show this company works, and their answers to questions opened on original move were so bad and boring.

They focused on the 2 low rank guys who are in charged into supervising the cube prisoners and from these guys we learn where they come from, how they ended up there, and how the system is tainted. They showed one ex-employee being locked there and didn't explain why. They showed that the cube is deep underground, but didn't explain why ppl are put in it.

The movie is so bad on solving the mysteries, that it - again - remembered me how years later Lost would lose its track when directors decided to solve its mysteries to end it.
