I checked it out, and it looks like your missing January (NO=Januar). And therefore the site is displaying the wrong month.

I don't quite understand what you are seeing or where you are seeing. Using the Norwegian translation I can't find anything wrong. Can you include some screenshots of what you are seeing? Maybe I have to change all my settings to Norwegian in order to see it.
