Yes, but IMDB tends to be the most trusted and reliable source. The Criterion running time could be just for its particular version. Also, if you look at the Wikipedia sidebar for Carlos says that the run time varies between 319-338. IMDB will usually list the run times of the multiple versions on its pages (see pages for Alexander and Apocalypse Now).
I'm pretty sure the Criterion is the original version of the mini-series. Anyhow, until any other evidence surface or some other moderator has a different opinion, it will stay like this.

Wikipedia, citing another source, says 338. IMDB isn't always correct.
