I didn't see this report before I made my own, but yes. The movie is called "Outlaws" now, and the page should be changed to reflect that.

Hi, per our rules the official original title on TMDb is the title used for the first non-festival release*. In this case the movie was released theatrically in Australia in 2018 with the title 1%. This means the original title is correct. The new US title goes as an alternative.
*There are some special cases, but in general this is true.
