What did you guys make of this flick? I enjoyed it for the most part, although I anticipated the twist before it was officially revealed.
- are we meant to assume they pair of them were on the fringe of being swindled by Sepia? (or else why did he claim $9m instead of $11m)
- the shooting scene was clumsy imo. There was nowhere near enough threat from Salvador to warrant her shooting him multiple times in the chest
- do you think in the final scene we're meant to believe she's basically willing to love Marcos even though she knows what happened, all for the sake of the money?
- was the 4th wall break necessary do we think...? Felt a little on the nose to me. I'd already drawn the above conclusion when she ripped the scrap of paper, so her looking directly at the camera as a challenge, like: "yeah, it's 11 mil, wouldn't you?" was too much in my view.
What do you guys think? I enjoyed it overall anyway, but can't see it fairing much better than a 6/10. I'm reminded how phenomenal Ricardo Darin is though. Wow, that guy is so versatile.

It was fun... I liked it... Ricardo Darin is so watchable (when will hollywood put him in a movie?!) I think he keeps it interesting during the middle of the movie... And Laia Costa was good too... I want to see her in more...
Without the last shot 4th wall break you could convince yourself it's not about the money especially sith Laia's innocent looking face... Nice touch...
This was a good movie, given it's tiny budget... Not something i'll rewatch, but a good thriller...
