Discuss Let Me Go

I am not sure of what point they were trying to make. The Nazi regime was made up of mostly psychopaths - we knew that already. It all seemed a bit tacked on the effect that their history had upon their relationships. Very Pinteresque in parts.

I thought it was a very interesting story. A true story depicting how one person's actions affects her immediate descendants. Makes one think of what you would do if you were in that situation.

A couple of the scenes actually gave me the creeps.

I found it strange that the old woman was being looked after so well in what seemed to be a private nursing home ( my memory may be off here) given her history and her continuing attitude I am not sure why she wasn't prosecuted for war crimes and executed along with the rest of the monsters.

I don't get that either. She actually was prosecuted and only got 6 years. She absolutely should have been executed. She was evil through and through..
