If 救难小福星 is the title in Disney+ of Singapore, feel free to create a zh-SG translation and add it there.

Well you're right, and I've created that translation already. Thank you for your reply!
But if possible, we could use that title in zh-CN version too? Since we both use Chinese in Singapore and China, and also, if this movie is offically released in zh-CN sometime, we can apply that version too. And thank you again!

No, the movie needs to have a mainland China release in order for a translated title to be added.
If the movie does release in mainland China, please submit a report with the title and proof of the release. A moderator will add the translated title once they see the report.
