First off I have to say, love the outfit and the clown character. Really creepy. I also thought they were quite creative with some of his kills and some of the makeshift weapons he used. That hacksaw kill was * muah * (chef's kiss) . But the horrendous acting, terrible special effects, and some of the most nonsensical shit I have ever seen characters do in a film, really brings the film down. Also the director did a terrible job is building up tension. I don't think I was scared once during the whole film. It's just a gross out fest hampered by mediocre effects. Is the film worth a once watch? Yes, for any horror fan I would say, yes. But for the average joe, I would say, a pass. The acting was real bad BTW. I know that most horror flicks do not exactly have Oscar worthy performances but even for a horror film, the acting was especially bad. Maybe the cat lady and the lead antagonist were the only acceptable jobs. Every else hella sucked.
