Just talking about the visuals in space, it was really great to see. Favourite scenes were the intro, moon pirates and Neptune after separating from his father.
Back to the moon, I just always like the idea of space being accessible wish they showed more of it. Will just watch Futurama.
Not related but I remember thinking back in the day that Josh Hartnett looks like Tommy Lee. They should make a father & son movie too

Will probably catch this next week and hope that itβs a lot better than Interstellar!
I was not all that impressed with the trailer but the reviews are strong, and James Gray is always an interesting filmmaker.

Always better to watch with zero expectations.
It's shorter than Interstellar so maybe that's a plus but it's still slow paced which I didn't mind since space excites me and I wanted to really absorb it. And I liked getting into the mind of Brad Pitt's character, reminds me of how astronauts need therapy after their space travel like the psychological effects etc.

You could argue that Intersteller was best seen Not At All π

I thought the moon pirates were the dumbest thing in this whole movie.....well except the whole sending geriatrics to space in the first place part. What was the grand scheme of those moon pirates? They seemed content to lose several of their moon buggies to capture maybe one or two moon buggies. How does that math work? Lose four and gain two - KACHING we're rich boys! ARRRRRRR!
