Overview

山姆是玩世不恭的花花公子，他的麻吉安德鲁则是一名妇科医生。某次派对后，山姆一觉醒来发现自己变成女人了，于是自称山姆的表妹珊曼莎，接续山姆的工作，这才了解身为女性多不容易，主管对他毛手毛脚，更可怕的是叫作生理期的东西。最要命的是只要想起安德鲁，他居然起了生理反应。这是上天的玩笑还是惩罚？
