Overview

1978년, 북극에 가까운 캐나다 유콘 지방의 어느 도시. 옛 수영장을 허물던 중 땅속에 묻혀 있던 수백 개의 필름 캔들이 발견된다. 클론다이크 금광의 발견으로 급성장했던 도슨 시티와 함께 했던 필름들이 반세기도 더 지난 후에야 다시 빛을 본다. 빌 모리슨은 1910년대, 20년대에서 깨어난 500여 편이 넘는 필름들을 가지고 도슨 시티의 흥망성쇠를 독특하고 기이한 방식으로 담아낸다.
