This has been set as video: true since forever (read: 2016). Why should this not be marked as video:true? It looks like a music concert DVD to me.

It is, but somehow being marked as that eventually meant it wasn't an entry on Letterboxd when it once was. It had reviews and ratings, all lost since it was taken down there.

Well, that is a decision from Letterboxd. They don't want video:true content on their site. Take it up with them, I would say. Maybe if they get enough feedback they'll allow video:true.
