Done.

Thank you for the report.

One question, there are a lot of these large posters that I upload that have to be downscaled in order to meet the maximum size requiments of 2000 x 3000, that can be either cropped to meet the ideal aspect ratio, or expanded/anti cropped to meet the ideal aspect ratio. The one I uploaded is the second option; the white space at the top and bottom have been expanded before downscaling from the original image (which has a resolution of 3500 x 5000).

I was wondering, for these kinds of images, would it be better to instead upload a cropped version, like this, because the image is downscaled less (by a smaller factor)- and I would assume that means the image quality of the original image is affected less?

There is no general rule for this. I would say that the closer to the original is better but it sometimes just a matter of aesthetic preferences. Upload the one you prefer as long it has the correct aspect ratio and have overall good quality.
In your example, I prefer this one as it leaves less empty spaces and fills better the complete poster area.
However if cropping means removing important parts of the original image you should prefer expanding it.
