The last scene that shows Jason Todd when he first put on the Robin costume is one of my favorites in any movie. Many emotions working there, but at face value you have to be excited for the kid.

Yep! this movie and every scene in it amazes me.
I would watch this over any Nolan batman film, just seems to have the batman vibe. Even the Burton films captured the Batman vibe better than Nolan's films.

I can't stand what Nolan did to Batman. I don't recognize those films at all. Snyder is not better with what he's doing with Superman and Justice League, either. I grew up with the Superfriends and Christopher Reeve's Superman, so what Burton did to Batman in 1989 smacked me hard. But still, his two are better than what has come since. I did like Superman Returns.
But yes, even though this is dark, you can feel Batman in this. I remember reading this story in the comics...well actually it's two stories in one, but when Robin died I was so pissed because he's my favorite superhero. And with over 10,000 votes and he lost by 70 votes...that sucked!
Nightwing was a comic relief in this film. I enjoyed that. Neil Patrick Harris did a good job.
Time to watch this again...

Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero? Yes, I got this on DVD. I own this as my true Batman and Robin flick.

Yep! I read they consider that a sequel to Phantasm. I also like the Batwomen movie.
