I think he is trying for a Yorkshire accent, but it drifts a bit into Lancashire and Liverpool. After 30 minutes I realised why this made me uncomfortable. A part of my mind was wondering why Ringo had turned into such an asshole.

I found it a bit confusing for the first few minuts as it made me think he was hiding in England, in a Serbian dominant neighberhood (if such a thing even exists!)...
