I mean we see in the car you can see through proximity sensor without affecting you, heck maybe even with heat sensors (I think they mentioned them in house CCTV but he was looking at regular video), so this it's really just technological problem which could be solved in those years children grown up, yet they are collecting supplies and criminals are roaming around.
