I think it's the top #1 movie for Saundra Bullock that shows her true hum drum bad acting, pothead demeanor, DGF attitude & lifeless ha, ha still get paid acting. So, to sum it up on the rest of the movie; The rest of the actors had to follow her lead, being Lead actor and they were just pitiful.

LOL, don't sugarcoat it, tell us how you feel I've only seen 3 movies with Bullock (that I can recall) and I thought she was good in A Time to Kill and Crash. And I can't believe you didn't think she was good in The Blind Side (if you saw it). Anyways, I haven't seen enough of her to make a real judgement, mostly because most of the movies she has been in were of little interest to me.

Not sure if I will see Oceans Eight or not. I've only seen Oceans Eleven and other then it being a vehicle to get a bunch of A-list actors together, I wasn't impressed, but it was worth one view.

Seeing the original first was probably the reason I wasn't as enthralled with the remake. Again I believe it is just a vehicle to put a bunch of big names together for box office appeal. The original story is good, even if you don't like what happened to the money.

I loved the original, but I thought the 'remakes' (I mean the Clooney films, not the abomination that is Oceans Eight) were a lot of fun. I bought a bundled DVD of all four. I watch it a couple of times a year.

THE FUNNY THING IS,WHAT MADE ELEVEN THROUGH 13 WITH CLOONEY SO MUCH FUN WAS THE WAY THEY CAPTURED THE SPIRIT OF THE AMAZING ORIGINAL WHILE TELLING THEIR OWN STORY...SOMETHING OCEANS 8 DOES WELL IF NOT GREAT.THE CAST BEING PREDOMINANTLY FEMALE SKEWS THE PERCEPTION SO AWKWARDLY FOR SO MANY.
