An ambitious trio of inner-city high school grads tries to hit the big time by turning a run-down country hotel into a rock & roll resort with around-the-clock music and live entertainment. Standing in their way are fearful townsfolk, unscrupulous businessmen and the tax collector, all threatening to bring the curtain down on the teens' aspirations. But this is one threesome who refuses to give up on their lifelong goal without a fight — and a song.

꿈으로 가득한 세 청년 대니(Danny D'Angelo: 다니엘 조다노 분), 스파이크스(Spikes: 매튜 펜 분), 실크(Silk: 레온 W. 그랜트 분)는 이제서야 고등학교를 졸업하여 사회에 나오게 된다. 그들은 기다리고 기다리던 자유에 환호성을 치지만 번화가인 이곳 뉴욕에서 그들의 발동되는 끼를 만족시킬만한 기회가 좀처럼 주어지지 않는다. 화려한 조명들로 뉴욕의 밤이 절정에 이를 때도 그들이 할 수 있는 흥미있는 일이라고는 어린 시절부터 즐겨하던 'Christopher Columbus'란 액션 넘치는 게임뿐이다. 어느날 대니의 가족이 뉴욕에서 조금 떨어진 곳에 있는 오래된 호텔을 상속받게 된다. 그들은 낡은 호텔을 완벽히 개조하기로 맘을 먹고 십대만을 위한 환상적인 호텔을 만들기로 결정한다. 마침내 깨끗하고 값이 저렴한 호텔 개업을 하게 되고, 그들의 계획은 성공한다. 그러나 이를 지켜보던 지방의 토박이들의 적개심은 그들의 사업을 방해한다. 이때 그들 앞에 나타난 여성이 있었는데...

Danny, Spikes y Silk acaba de graduarse en un instituto de Nueva York. Danny encuentra una propiedad enorme en un pequeño pueblo, y tiene el sueño de convertirlo en un hotel de Rock & Roll. Pero la gente del pueblo no tiene en gran estima a los neoyorquinos. Con un poco de ayuda de un veterano corredor de bolsa, una joven del pueblo y sus "accionistas" (amigos de Nueva York), intenarán ayudar a Danny a cumplir su sueño
