Alien Nation was a late 80's movie that was turned into a TV series where Aliens crash landed on Earth, the story picks up after the crash landing where a human cop and an Alien cop, who is not that liked, work together, which is the basic premise. Well that is what this felt liked, instead of established Aliens, we have Elves and Orcs. I liked it and felt like it expanded on the Alien Nation Premise, however it still felt like a rehash of that movie and series, mainly because of the similarities between the two.
