محادثة Creep 2

I couldn't get past the stupidity of the female lead character by intentionally putting herself in a dangerous position. As soon as someone tells you they're a serial killer, whether they're joking or not you should probably leave. I didn't feel bad for her and didn't care whether or not something terrible happened to her. Also, why was her voice consistently so...flat?

I cared way more about Aaron from the first movie. I felt his fear, and I didn't want him to get hurt by "Joseph." He reacted to his situation the way most people would.

That is the opposite for me, I guess. See, in the first Creep film, I cared about Aaron, up until he started doing comically dumb things like going outside of his home and leaving the door wide open for the potential stalker to come in, opening the boxes and stuff Josef was sending him, and the final scene of course. I agree she was stupid for sticking around, but she seemed to not genuinely believe he was a serial killer, until late in the film. Plus, she seemed like the type of gal with a dark side to her, hence doing all the other previous weird stuff with the freaks and oddballs for her YouTube channel.

In Creep 2, the only thing that really annoyed me was that they showed Josef/"Aaron" fully nude for a long period of time, but when Sara disrobed, we don't get a full nude shot. We get at most 2 seconds of her breasts, and the camera focuses on her face. I can get that it's supposed to be from the viewpoint of this nutty guy, just being obsessed with her eyes or something, but for me, as a straight warm-blooded male, it just seemed unfair lol. I suppose the guys did get a high shot of her thighs as she was getting out of the hot tub.

Other than that, I did think she was stupid when she was first going to the house, and she was saying stuff like "I don't usually end up in these scenarios" and "This is more of a remote location than I thought". It at least showed some apprehension. The way she was playing around with the serial killer, by trying to anger him, or doing stuff like goading him to murder her was funny for me. I thought the ending was unclear, especially the part when Sara is on the subway and looks into the camera. I saw the twist (if you can even call it such) coming about 20 minutes into the film, but I still was a little surprised how it came about.

My question is, what would have been the safeguard had Sara went ahead and used the axe to decapitate him, before he did the fake hanging himself spot? This was a wacky sequel, but I think I liked it slightly more than the first Creep movie, if only for the fact that it ends in a mildly less anticlimactic way.
