We'll see... The thing is Eli Roth isn't known to be a PC director and the original wasn't PC at all, but it was a product of it's times, especially the street violence...

Also, the rapists in the original were white dudes, but the street thugs weren't...

I wonder if the movie is set in current times, or not... If it is, it could be interesting... Then again, I wonder if they'll just turn it into a franchise product... I can imagine someone pitching a studio executive the idea that this would be a John Wick style series with wider commercial appeal...

I don't want to speculate too much, as it was a bit ridiculous how people got worked up over Black Panther and it ended up being incredibly mild...

I could have sworn in the first trailer he kills a black guy that shoots a black kid that comes to his hospital after getting shot. I dont think it will be PC at all. But dont forget its cool if a woman gets bloody and violent revenge on people...cause you know...feminism.

Saw it... Not PC, but not really a race movie either... It's a vigilante justice movie... Worth checking out...
